Order Processing

Delivery Timeframes
We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible:
- Colombo & Suburbs: 2–3 business days
- Islandwide Delivery: 3–5 business days
Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Charges
- Colombo & Suburbs: LKR 300 – LKR 400
- Islandwide Delivery: LKR 400 – LKR 600
Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details (if applicable) via SMS or email, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s status.
Delayed Deliveries

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver islandwide in Sri Lanka. If you are located outside our delivery coverage area, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, we will reattempt delivery after contacting you. Additional charges may apply for repeated attempts.
